DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT?
MARY MAID supplies all the equipment necessary. This includes all cleansers and sprays used in your home.
DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE BUSINESS INSURANCE?
All MARY MAID employees are fully bonded and insured. Every employee is covered under WSIB to protect you
in case of an injury in your home.
HOW MANY HOMES ARE CLEANED BY A MARY MAID TEAM IN ONE DAY?
In order to provide the highest quality service, each team has a maximum of 2-3 houses per day.
DO YOU PROVIDE A REGULAR CLEANING SCHEDULE FOR MY HOUSE?
Yes, once we assign you a cleaning day, our employees will have you on their regular route on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
HOW DOES MARY MAID GAIN ACCESS TO MY HOME?
If possible, we ask the home owner for a key and/or security code to gain access to their home.
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
MARY MAID prefers to earn your business rather than you signing a contract.
WHAT IF MY REGULAR CLEANING FALLS ON A HOLIDAY?
You will be contacted with a new date for your clean that falls on the same week of your regular schedule.
WHAT ARE THE RATES FOR CLEANING
Our pricing is based on the dust levels in your home, clutter and your lifestyle. This is why we prefer to come see your home, so we can give you the right estimate.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT PAYMENTS?
We don't accept Credit card or Debit payments. We only accept Cheque, Easy Transfer or Cash at the moment.
DO YOU DO OFFICE CLEANING?
Yes, we do residential, and commercial cleaning.
